All Parts Are Welcome Here!
I enjoy working with adults with diverse intersections of identities, neurotypes, and profiles, looking to create more informed and compassionate relationships with themselves and others. The individuals I work with often identify with one or two of the following parts (sometimes many):

Style & Approach
Neuro-Affirming | Strength-Based | Compassion-Focused | Curious | Creative | Inclusive
My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, collaborative, inclusive, strength-based, and person-centered. I view our therapeutic relationship as a partnership. Together, we will build from your strengths while nurturing your unique path, needs, and goals. We are all made up of a kaleidoscope of parts, and all parts are welcome here.
I have seen how we develop and grow in connection to others, but that connection will (and should!) look very different for each of us. The space we create together is built from my deep respect & curiosity not only for your goals but also for your lived experiences, systems, profiles, identities, gifts, and skills. I begin our work by introducing Polyvagal Theory (the science of safety and connection) so we can co-regulate in our shared humanity & befriend your unique nervous & sensory system, which will be the foundation of our work.
I also believe in the importance of creating a personalized network of support outside of our space. Therefore, I will work closely with you to develop other connections and may recommend adjunct opportunities like EMDR/ Brainspotting, support groups, coaching, or interest-based connections.
Currently, all psychotherapy services are online via video. To provide the highest possible security and confidentiality for electronic contact, I use DOXY for my online video therapy platform, HUSHMAIL for secure emailing, and IVY Pay for contactless payment. I will provide additional instructions for all platforms on intake.

Rate & Payment FAQ
Self-Pay Without Insurance Involvement | Reduced Rate Options
Psychotherapy is a commitment and self-investment that can profoundly transform you and your life. However, this work is not available or a fit for everyone. I return all inquiry voicemails because I know how difficult it is to reach out and how much an informed referral can help in the wilderness of finding quality mental health care. Please check here for updates or reach out if you have further questions about the information below.
Do you take insurance?
No, as of 2023, I am a self-pay-only provider. Working with insurance companies was not a fit for my practice or the type of goals my clients are exploring. Being a self-pay-only provider means I do not engage with insurance companies or provide clients “superbills” (documentation for insurance reimbursement). Clients pay for services after the session and will receive a simple receipt electronically through IVY Pay.
Using insurance is a client’s right, and I support and respect that choice and need. I will always be committed to helping individuals understand their options, connecting them with the best resources for them, and exploring ways to provide accessible and unique services while maintaining my own personal & professional boundaries.
I created Connections Consultation to provide an alternative to psychotherapy and a more accessible route to education and support. Please consider checking it out if my psychotherapy services aren’t a fit.
What are your rates & payment process?

120 Min Session: $300 | $250 (Reduced Rate)
If this is not a fit, please contact me, and we can see what we can do, including Connections Consultation.
Payment is due immediately after a session via card through IVY Pay. IVY Pay is a secure and HIPAA-compliant payment platform designed by therapists for client confidentiality. You do not need to download an app to use this feature, just a cell phone with text. You have complete control of payments and can review all history through the text message receipt. No credit card information will be stored without permission.
What is a Good Faith Estimate (GFE), and why is it important?
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) explaining how much your psychotherapy will cost. Under a new law, the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are now required to provide clients who are not using insurance to pay for services an estimate of the bill for services. Therefore, in addition to our discussions and consent around the cost of services, I will also provide you with a GFE and update it annually before receiving services. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call me at 978-380-3092.
If this feels like a fit, please call me at 978-380-3092 and leave me a detailed voicemail as instructed. I will return your call within 48 hrs. (M-F) via text, and we will set up a time to briefly connect to ensure the fit, schedule, and review the intake and paperwork process. I look forward to connecting with you!
